At Triyogi, we take immense pride in the quality and purity of our Organic Mustard Oil. Due to the nature of our products being food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

1. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  • The product received is damaged (e.g., leaking container).
  • The product received is defective or has quality issues.
  • The wrong item was delivered (e.g., wrong size or variant).

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences.

2. Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 3–5 days of receiving your order. Any reports made after this window will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Communication Channel

All refund and return requests must be initiated via our official WhatsApp Support at 919235592410. This allows for quick communication and the sharing of necessary documentation.

4. Proof of Damage

When contacting us, please provide the following:

  • Your Order ID.
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage, leakage, or defect.
  • A photo of the outer shipping box if it was also damaged.

5. The Refund Process

Once your request is received and verified by our team:

  • We may offer a full refund to your original payment method.
  • OR we may dispatch a free replacement of the same product.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account once initiated, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
