2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, orders usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier network. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer (up to 10-12 days). We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Delivery on all orders unless specified otherwise at the time of checkout. Any applicable shipping fees for specific regions or promotional periods will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.

6. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or leaking, please take photos/videos before opening it and contact us on WhatsApp immediately (within 3-5 days) as per our Refund Policy.
